We will advertise your property on platforms such as AirBNB, Booking.com, etc. and will manage your calendar.  We will notify you of your bookings and let you take charge of managing your guests and property. You pay a fixed percent for each booking.

We will market the property through our partners and will manage the tenancy including rent collection, answering tenant queries, arranging gas safety checks and maintenance works throughout the tenancy period. Our fees will be deducted from the rent each month.

Long term marketing costs

Our partners will charge a one off fee for marketing on major channels such as Zoopla, Rightmove, etc. Please enquire with us.

If you can find a cheaper deal elsewhere we will match it!
